1. About us
Member Support Hub is an independent customer support service based at 19 Gaul Street, Bulwell, Nottingham NG6 8JQ, United Kingdom. We are not Tesco Mobile Ltd. We are a third-party support provider that assists Tesco Mobile customers with queries and issues. Use of our service does not create any relationship with Tesco Mobile Ltd or Tesco PLC.
2. Our services
We provide telephone and virtual assistant support to help Tesco Mobile customers with queries including SIM issues, billing, network problems, account access, PAC code requests, and device queries. We act as a customer support intermediary and do not have direct access to Tesco Mobile's internal systems.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our support services. By contacting us, you confirm that you have the authority to discuss the Tesco Mobile account in question.
4. Service limitations
Please note:
- We cannot access Tesco Mobile's internal systems directly
- Resolutions may require Tesco Mobile to take action on their end
- Network coverage, speed, and service quality are controlled entirely by Tesco Mobile / O2
- We do not guarantee a specific outcome for every query
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Tesco Mobile's own processes
5. Fees
Our support services are provided at the rates agreed at the point of contact. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) inclusive of VAT where applicable. Any applicable fees will be disclosed clearly before any chargeable service is provided.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7. Limitation of liability
Member Support Hub shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the actions or omissions of Tesco Mobile Ltd, network outages, or delays outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us at complaints@membersupporthub.site or call +44 115 654 6553. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 working days. If unresolved, you may refer your complaint to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
